A workplace injury or difficult workplace experience can affect far more than your ability to do your job.
It can affect your confidence, sleep, relationships, sense of safety, identity, mood, and ability to imagine returning to work.
Harness of Joy offers compassionate psychotherapy support for individuals experiencing psychological and emotional difficulties connected to workplace injuries or workplace experiences.
Therapy is individualized according to your needs, experiences, goals, and approved treatment plan.

The purpose of therapy is not simply to help you “get back to work.”
It is also about helping you regain a sense of safety, stability, confidence, and connection with yourself as you recover.
WSIB's Mental Health Program of Care supports eligible individuals with registered WSIB claims who require mental health treatment related to a workplace injury or workplace psychological injury.
Participation requires approval or authorization from WSIB.
If you have an existing WSIB claim, please contact us before your first appointment so that applicable authorization and coverage requirements can be reviewed.
For Ontario clients, psychotherapy services are available virtually, allowing you to access care from the privacy and comfort of your own space.
Please note: WSIB coverage is determined by WSIB. The existence of a WSIB claim does not automatically guarantee authorization for counselling services with a particular provider.
